Overview

The Glabrous Skin Protection Pro Warranty ("Warranty") provides added protection and peace of mind for your Glabrous Skin purchase. By purchasing the Warranty, you agree to the terms outlined below. This Warranty supplements, but does not replace, any manufacturer warranties or rights provided under applicable law.

1. Coverage Period

This Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of your original purchase. Coverage begins on the date your order is marked as fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.

2. What's Covered

The Glabrous Skin Protection Pro Warranty covers:

  • Loss or Theft: Discounted replacement pricing for any device lost or stolen within the 1-year warranty period.
  • Water Damage: Discounted replacement pricing for devices damaged due to water exposure within the warranty period.
  • Internal Component Damage: Protection against internal component issues that occur during normal use.
  • Defects: Protection against manufacturing defects or workmanship issues.
  • Special Replacement Offers: Eligibility for discounted replacement offers on additional units.
  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund for the warranty purchase within 30 days as long as no claim has been made.

3. Replacement Terms

If your Glabrous Skin device is lost, stolen, or water damaged within 1 year of the original purchase date, you are eligible to receive a replacement device at 75% off the current retail price.

Additional details:

  • Eligible claims may receive one discounted replacement per device during the 1-year term.
  • Replacement units may be new or refurbished at Glabrous Skin's discretion.
  • Replacement devices carry coverage for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • Proof of purchase or verification may be required.
  • Standard shipping and handling fees may apply.

4. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Intentional or reckless damage, including deliberate destruction or misuse.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or third-party servicing.
  • Loss or theft of previously replaced units issued under a claim.
  • Accessories (e.g., charging cables, domes, cleaning tools), unless covered as part of the main device claim.

5. Non-Refundable Fee

The Warranty purchase fee is non-refundable, except when:

  • The customer cancels the entire order before fulfillment, or
  • A refund is requested within the 30-day satisfaction window and no warranty claim has been filed.

6. How to File a Claim

To request a discounted replacement or report an issue:

  • Our team will confirm eligibility and provide a replacement link or invoice at the 75% discounted rate.
  • Once payment is completed, your replacement device will be shipped promptly.

7. Transferability

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or assigned.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glabrous Skin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This Warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction.
